Pulsarlube Pulsarlube-M Electromechanical Automatic Lubricator

The Pulsarlube Pulsarlube-M 250CC Electromechanical Automatic Lubricator is a single-point grease dispenser that automatically lubricates bearings and rotating equipment in industrial machinery. It uses a replaceable 4.5 VDC battery pack to drive programmable dispensing intervals (½, 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months) and supports up to eight lubrication points with a maximum remote installation distance of 6 m. With a 250 cc lubricant capacity and an operating pressure range of 30 bar (435 psi) to 60 bar (850 psi), it is designed for continuous-duty lubrication on equipment such as electric motors, pumps, conveyors, fans, gearboxes, crushers, and other process equipment. Installation is via 3/8 in. BSPT male thread; it operates from -15°C to +60°C (optional lithium battery extends to -40°C to +60°C) and features IP54 protection along with an LCD display and diagnostic indicators for monitoring.
