Allen-Bradley 440G-TZS21UPRH Guard Locking Switch

The Allen-Bradley 440G-TZS21UPRH is a Guardmaster TLS-Z GD2 guard-locking switch with power-to-release operation designed to secure hazardous machine doors. It is energized by a 24 V AC/DC solenoid, has no solenoid contacts, and delivers two safety PNP outputs plus one auxiliary PNP output (all rated up to 0.2 A), with built-in lock-status monitoring. The unit features a Fully-Flex actuator and an 8-pin Micro (M12) conduit entry for straightforward wiring. It carries IP66/IP67/IP69K enclosure protection and NEMA ratings of 3, 4X, 12, and 13, supports a rated insulation voltage (Ui) up to 500 V, and operates from -10 to +60 C with 5–95% relative humidity; TLS-Z guard-locking switches are classified as ISO 14119 Type 4 devices.
