Allen-Bradley 1769-IR6 RTD Resistance Input Module

The Allen-Bradley 1769-IR6 CompactLogix RTD/Resistance Input Module is a six-channel input card for the 1769 Compact I/O family that reads RTD sensors or direct resistance signals. Each of the six channels can be configured independently for RTD or resistance inputs, enabling mixed-sensor configurations on a single module. Designed for use with CompactLogix systems, it slots into the 1769 I/O backplane and supports scalable, in-plant temperature or resistance measurements as part of a larger automation rack. For reliability, every channel provides fault diagnostics, including open-circuit and short-circuit detection, along with over-range and under-range indications to help identify wiring or sensor issues quickly.
