Mitsubishi Electric US-N40 Solid-State Contactor Module

The Mitsubishi Electric US-N40 Solid-State Contactor Module is a 3-pole, 40 A solid-state switch designed to control motor and heater loads in industrial automation, offering silent operation and increased switching durability over traditional contactors. It uses semiconductor switching with zero-cross triggering and accepts a DC control voltage of 12–24 V to switch AC loads from 100 to 480 V, with a response time of ≤1 ms plus half a cycle and leakage current under 30 mA. The module mounts via screws or panels and provides an LED status indicator; it is listed with CE, UL, and TUV certifications, and is intended for motor and heater load control in control panels and automated machinery.
