Mitsubishi Electric QY82P Digital Output Module

The Mitsubishi Electric QY82P Digital Output Module is a 64-point, 24 VDC transistor output module for MELSEC-Q Series PLC racks, designed to drive solenoids, relays, indicator lamps, and small actuators in factory automation, packaging machinery, and material handling systems requiring multi-point digital outputs. It provides 64 output points with a 0.1 A maximum load per point and up to 2 A per common, using photocoupler isolation and a source-type transistor output with a rated load voltage of 12–24 V DC. The module draws approximately 0.16 A at 5 V DC for internal circuitry, mounts in a Q series base unit rack, and measures about 27.4 × 98 × 90 mm. Common replacements include Mitsubishi QY81P, QY80, and QY41P, making the QY82P suitable for I/O expansion or retrofit within existing MELSEC-Q PLC systems.
