Mitsubishi Electric FX2N-4DA Analog Output Module

The Mitsubishi Electric FX2N-4DA analog output module adds four 12-bit analog outputs to MELSEC FX2N PLCs, converting digital control signals into precise voltage or current commands for devices such as variable frequency drives, valves, and actuators. The module provides four channels with 12-bit resolution and supports voltage outputs (-10 to +10 V DC) as well as current outputs (0–20 mA or 4–20 mA). Power is supplied from the PLC at 5 VDC, with an optional 24 VDC external supply; current consumption is approximately 200 mA at 24 VDC. It mounts as a side-mounted expansion module on a DIN rail and weighs about 0.13 kg. Operating temperature is 0°C to 55°C, and it is compatible with FX2N, FX1N, and FX3U series PLCs. Data handling uses buffer memory via FROM/TO instructions. This is a discontinued / legacy Mitsubishi module, commonly replaced by newer generations such as FX3U-4DA, FX2N-2DA, or FX5-4DA.
