Keyence FT-50AP DIN Rail Mounted Amplifier Unit

The KEYENCE FT-50AP is a DIN rail mounted amplifier unit for the FT Series digital infrared temperature sensors, delivering two PNP open-collector outputs and a 4–20 mA analog output for non-contact surface temperature measurement. It features a dual-color LED display (red/green) with 4 + 1/2 digit 7-segment readout updated at 10 times per second, and it is powered from 12 to 24 VDC ±10% with a power consumption of 1400 mW @ 12 VDC or 1600 mW @ 24 VDC. Supporting multiple FT sensor heads (FT-H10, FT-H20, FT-H30, FT-H50, FT-H40K, FT-H50K), measurements can be taken at distances up to 3000 mm depending on the head model. Key electrical specs include two PNP Open Collector channels, maximum analog load resistance of 260 Ω, and a control output rating of 50 mA max, 30 VDC max. It offers programmable timing and bank inputs with up to four banks, and a selectable response time from 15 ms to 5000 ms.
