Schneider Electric Telemecanique XCSPL761 guard switch with a straight-lever actuator is a solenoid interlock safety switch designed for guarding machinery. It provides two normally closed contacts (2NC) in a 2‑pole arrangement with slow‑break operation and positive opening, making it suitable for interlock circuits and guard status monitoring. The device features a turret head rotary lever, a straight lever operator that can be oriented to the right or left, and a PA66 plastic housing with double insulation, mounted via a single terminal connection and a PG11 cable entry. It accepts a cable entry of 1 x 0.5…2 x 1.5 mm² with or without cable end, and the cable outer diameter ranges from 7 to 10 mm. Electrical ratings include A300, AC‑15 at 120 V (6 A) and 240 V (3 A), as well as Q300, DC‑13 at 125 V (0.55 A) and 250 V (0.27 A); the rated insulation voltage is up to 300 V, and the conventional enclosed thermal current is 10 A. The trip angle is 5°, with a minimum tripping torque of 0.1 N·m and a positive‑opening torque of 0.25 N·m. Mechanical durability is rated at 1,000,000 cycles. The unit is IP67 rated for robust protection in challenging environments, and the actuator is included in the package.
