The TRIAC WE-500 2-Position Electric Actuator powers a 1-1/2-inch stainless steel ball valve for precise on/off control in automated process systems. Built for industrial process automation, it delivers 530 in-lb of torque in a quarter-turn, with remote operation possible through PLCs and building automation systems. The assembly features a 316 stainless steel valve body with a reinforced PTFE (RTFE) seat, IP67/NEMA 4/4X weatherproof protection, ISO 5211 direct-mount compatibility, external wrench override, and a visual position indicator with auxiliary limit switches; actuation times are 12 seconds at 60 Hz and 14 seconds at 50 Hz, powered from 120 VAC single-phase.
