Industrial TL8012 Guard Locking Switch

Omron STI's TL8012-S Guard Locking Switch is a solenoid-operated safety interlock that locks a guard door with up to 2000 N of locking force, guaranteeing the door cannot be opened until the machine is safe to access. Designed for industrial use, it features a NEMA 6 enclosure for washdown environments, a rotatable head with four actuator-entry positions to suit most installations, and a lid-mounted status indicator that lights when the solenoid is energized and the guard is released. The guard-door monitoring system includes five contacts: two N.C. safety contacts for guard status, one N.O. contact for door position, and one N.C. plus one N.O for lock status, with an optional key release on power-to-unlock variants for emergency manual unlocking.
