Industrial TGMX-5-P-CK-10 Hydraulic Pressure Reducing Modular Stack Valve

The Tokimec TGMX-5-P-CK-10 Hydraulic Pressure Reducing Modular Stack Valve is a pilot-operated device that reduces and maintains downstream pressure in industrial hydraulic systems to protect actuators and secondary circuits from excessive pressure. In the TGMX-5 family, it uses a SystemStak modular design that mounts directly between the manifold and a directional valve, reducing piping while providing accurate downstream pressure regulation. Key specifications include control port P, adjustment range 1–14 MPa (10–140 bar) with knob (K) adjustment, nominal NG10 / ISO 4401-05 / CETOP 05, maximum operating pressure 31.5 MPa (315 bar / 4,570 psi), and maximum flow 120 L/min. The valve is designed for use with mineral oil or water-glycol based hydraulic fluids and is commonly installed in hydraulic power units, machine tools, injection molding equipment, material handling systems, industrial presses, and factory automation where stable secondary pressure is required for cylinders, clamping circuits, and auxiliary hydraulic functions.
