Industrial TGMFN-3-Y-A2W-B2W-50 Hydraulic Flow Control Valve

The Tokimec TGMFN-3-Y-A2W-B2W-50 is a modular hydraulic flow control valve that meters out flow to precisely regulate actuator speed while allowing free reverse flow through integral check valves. Designed for A and B work ports (A2W-B2W) in a compact SystemStak/sandwich valve or subplate manifold setup, it follows NG6 / CETOP 03 / ISO 4401-03 footprints and delivers up to 31.5 MPa (315 bar, 4,570 psi) with a maximum flow of 60 L/min. The valve features dual-screw adjustment with locknuts, a 0.05 MPa check valve cracking pressure, and operates with mineral-based hydraulic oil or water-glycol fluid, making it suitable for hydraulic power units, CNC machine tools, injection molding equipment, industrial presses, and factory automation where independent meter-out flow control is required on both work ports. Common replacements include Eaton Vickers DGMFN-3-Y-A2W-B2W-41 and Bosch Rexroth Z2FS6-2-4X, with Tokyo Keiki’s own TGMFN-3-Y-A2W-B2W-50 serving as the primary model in the 50 Series SystemStak family.
