Industrial TDZ-3L24 Pressure Switch

The Industrial TDZ-3L24 Pressure Switch is a piston-actuated mechanical switch that delivers a reliable electrical output when system pressure reaches the preset setpoint in hydraulic or pneumatic systems. Widely used in hydraulic power units, compressors, pumps, machine tools, process equipment, and manufacturing machinery, it enables automatic pressure control, equipment protection, and alarm signaling. Key specifications include a pressure setting range of 0.2–7.0 MPa (2–70 kgf/cm²), an adjustable differential from 0.25 to 1.5 MPa, a 35 MPa proof pressure, and an SPDT microswitch with a 24 VDC micro-load circuit (L24 designation) for 24 VDC supply/load. The switch features IP65 protection, Rc 1/4 pressure port, and a piston made from nickel-plated brass or SUS420F with an O-ring and PTFE cup seal, designed for compatibility with hydraulic oil, water, air, gas, and steam. Part of the TDZ Series, the TDZ-3L24 is compatible with Taihei Boeki equipment and is commonly replaced by Taihei Boeki TDZ-4L24 Pressure Switch, Taihei Boeki TCZ-3L24 Pressure Switch, or Danfoss KP Series Pressure Switch.
