Description:
The Industrial TCS-1201753 Radiant Heating Element is Rex Materials Group’s insulated radiant heating module designed for use with the Rex TCS Thermal Control Solution to deliver direct radiant heat into high-temperature process barrels. In Rex TCS clamshell assemblies, the exposed heating element sits within Pyrolite, a high-temperature ceramic insulation material, creating a compact heater that concentrates radiant energy into the work zone while containing heat within the assembly. Standard configurations list barrel set-point temperatures up to 750°F (399°C), with higher-temperature applications available through Rex Materials engineering and custom design.
