Industrial SZ-BT07CCCV DC-DC Boost Converter Module

The SZ-BT07CCCV 1200W DC-DC Boost Module is a non-isolated step-up converter that accepts 10–60 V DC input and delivers an adjustable 12–90 V DC output at up to 20 A (1200 W rated). It provides Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) operation with 92–97% typical efficiency and a switching frequency of 150 kHz, making it suitable for solar charging systems, battery chargers, EV chargers, LED drivers, and DIY power supplies where high-power DC boosting is required. Protection features include reverse polarity, overcurrent, short circuit, and low-voltage protection; for high-power operation an external heatsink is recommended, and it mounts on a PCB with copper standoffs in a compact 130 × 53 × 46 mm package.
