The cast-iron housing is black oxide finished and uses a concentric lock with a Skwezloc locking collar to secure the insert, while a felt labyrinth seal provides dependable, general-purpose sealing. The unit is relubricatable with lithium complex NLGI 2 grease and is non-expansion (fixed), featuring standard clearance with static misalignment allowance up to ±2.0 degrees and a zone-hardened inner race for durability; the bearing insert is replaceable for maintenance efficiency.
