Industrial SMJ-0112001T154 Seal NSMP

SMJ-0112001T154 NSMP is a hydraulic seal from SMJ that combines PTFE (PT154) with NBR to deliver low-friction, durable sealing in fluid-power equipment. This NSMP-seal is designed for hydraulic systems and is specified with two continuous-operating-pressure figures: 21 MPa for an extrusion gap of 0.6 mm and 35 MPa for a 0.3 mm gap. It supports speeds up to 3.0 m/s and operates across a temperature range of -30 to 100 °C. The construction uses PTFE (PT154) in combination with NBR to balance wear resistance, chemical compatibility, and resilience under cycling pressure, making it suitable for applications where reliable sealing is required in demanding hydraulic environments.
