Industrial SG71660M Fiber Optic Managed Switch

The Versitron SG71660M Industrial Fiber Optic Managed Switch combines 16 RJ45 ports of 10/100/1000 Mbps with 4 1000Base SFP fiber slots to deliver Layer 2 managed Ethernet connectivity and fiber optic connectivity for enterprise, industrial, and campus networks. It provides 32 Gbps non-blocking fabric switching, an 8K MAC address table, and jumbo frames up to 9 KB to efficiently handle high-traffic segments. VLANs are supported via Port-Based VLAN and IEEE 802.1Q tagging (up to 4K active VLANs), and Link Aggregation supports up to 12 trunking groups for scalable bandwidth. QoS includes IEEE 802.1p and DiffServ with four priority queues. Security features include 802.1X authentication, ACLs, and IP-MAC-Port Binding. Management is via Web Browser and SNMP v1/v2c, with network functions such as IGMP Snooping, Port Mirroring, Storm Control, Rate Limiting, and RSTP. The device operates 0°C to 40°C and stores -20°C to 70°C, with 5% to 90% non-condensing humidity, in a 1U, 19-inch rack-mountable chassis and draws up to 40 W from 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Designed as a replacement managed switch for fiber optic network infrastructure, it serves data communications, surveillance, industrial automation, and campus environments; common replacements include SG72870M, Cisco Catalyst, and Moxa switches.
