Sealmaster pillow block bearing unit with a 1-1/4 in bore, designed to accept the 2-14T Sealmaster ball insert bearing for standard-duty, fixed (non-expansion) operation. The two-bolt base, cast-iron housing is powder-coated epoxy and intended for use with Sealmaster machined housings only, featuring a SKWEZLOC concentric locking collar and a lock-dimple anti-rotation feature to help maintain near-perfect concentricity. The 2-14T insert itself is a wide outer ring bearing insert, constructed from 52100 bearing steel with a black oxide finish, and it includes a felt labyrinth seal and flinger for dry, dusty environments while promoting 360° grease circulation around the rolling elements. Overall unit dimensions place the pillow block at about 6.563 in long and 3.688 in tall, with a base width of 1.875 in and an overall width of 1.750 in; mounting is via two 1/2 in bolts. The assembly weighs roughly 4.6 lb, supports up to 7,600 RPM, and provides a dynamic radial load rating around 5,782 lbf with a static rating near 3,493 lbf, and a maximum operating temperature of 220 °F. Lubrication uses lithium complex grease (NLGI Grade 2). This configuration is commonly used in belt drives, conveyors, and other light-to-medium duty machinery where reliable shaft alignment and steady lubrication are required.
