The ONE‑9010 analyzes color, contrast, and texture to detect sheet breaks across open draw configurations and various product grades, designed to work with multiple placements and web colors. It operates on 100–240 V AC and pairs with the Smart‑Box controller, which provides one‑touch calibration, temperature monitoring, and break‑record logging, while a 5.7‑inch color HMI touchscreen offers quick navigation of sensor settings and performance data. The system logs performance data every second to help operators monitor reliability, with applications including Open Draw Paper Single, Sheet On Cylinder Tissue Dual, Sheet On Felt Pulp Multi‑Sensor, and Ply Break Detection Packaging; an EXT‑9003 Laser Sheet Break Detection option is available for open draw locations.
