Industrial NAF-520XLS Main Line Air Filter 2 Inch NPT

The Taco NAF-520XLS Main Line Air Filter is an inline filtration unit for compressed-air systems with a 2" NPT connection, designed to protect downstream components by removing particulates with a 74 µm filtration element. The XLS variant includes a glass level gauge for visible monitoring and is built to endure an inlet pressure up to 1.0 MPa (about 145 psi) while operating in ambient temperatures from 5 to 60°C. It supports two drainage configurations: manual drain or automatic drain, with the automatic option typically implemented via the SDU-202 self-drain unit and capable of a drain event of 3.5 cm³ at 0.5 MPa, with a minimum operating pressure for automatic drainage of 0.1 MPa. This main-line filter is commonly used on machine-tool and automation lines to protect valves, actuators, and other pneumatic components by reducing dirt and contaminants before reaching sensitive equipment.
