Industrial M2732A-4F1 Ceramic DIP-24 EPROM MEMORY

The M2732A-4F1 is a 32,768‑bit UV‑erasable EPROM in a 24‑pin window ceramic DIP (frit‑seal) package, organized as 4,096 words by 8 bits with address inputs A0–A11 and data outputs Q0–Q7, and a transparent lid designed for ultraviolet erasure of the stored pattern so a fresh programming can follow. It uses a single +5V supply for read and program operations, features TTL‑compatible inputs/outputs during read and program, and provides a separate GVPP programming supply plus Chip Enable (CE) and Output Enable (OE) controls to manage data flow and prevent bus contention; active current is specified at about 125 mA and standby current up to 35 mA. With an access time up to 200 ns, this device is geared toward fast firmware storage and pattern testing in 4K × 8 configurations and has been used in 5V microprocessor systems such as the Z80 and Z8000 families.
