STI's LCM-100 light curtain controller is a rugged, IP65-rated metal enclosure unit designed to interface with MicroSafe 4700 safety light curtains and provide centralized control from a 100–240 VAC supply (50/60 Hz), making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. It includes a two-digit display for rapid installation and troubleshooting, remote reset, exact channel select, floating blanking, and MPCE monitoring; it also offers selectable automatic start, start/restart interlock, and start interlock operating modes to tailor safety behavior to the application. A DeviceNet option is available for networked safety systems, and the LCM-100 family is celebrated for fast response times and compact, durable construction that supports reliable safety relays for access-control points in production lines and other hazardous machinery setups.
