Industrial H-BE24SS Wiring Hood 24 Pole Connector

EPIC H-BE 24 SS hood is a 24-pole wiring hood for EPIC H-BE 24 heavy-duty rectangular connectors, pairing with 24-pole inserts to provide 24 + PE contacts. The assembly is rated for IEC 500 V and up to 16 A (UL/CSA 600 V, 16 A), with a 6 kV impulse rating. It supports screw termination with conductor sizes 0.5–2.5 mm² and operates from -40 °C to +100 °C (short-term up to +125 °C). Copper alloy contacts are hard silver-plated and the insulating body is PC (UL 94 V0). Approvals include UL (E‑File numbers E75770, E483837) and VDE (B437), with railway applicability declared (EN 45545‑2 HL1–HL3) and UL testing for high SCCR control cabinet use per UL 508/UL 2237. Variants exist with M25 thread on the hood (for example H-BE 24 SS TS M25), delivering a secure mounting interface. This hood is designed to accompany EPIC H‑BE 24 housings and compatible panel-mount bases to form a compact, robust 24P+PE power interface suitable for industrial automation, rail equipment, and other demanding environments.
