Industrial GCD-SE-100 Sensor

The Schaevitz GCD-SE-100 is a 0.100" (2.54 mm) range LVDT-based gauge head designed for precise linear displacement sensing in demanding industrial environments. It features a cylindrical stainless steel housing with a 6‑pin MS hermetic connector and internal regulation that reduces output sensitivity to input voltage ripple, plus EMI/ESD/RFI protection when properly installed. The unit operates on 8.5–28 VDC and withstands -25 to 85 °C, delivering a full-scale output of 0–5 VDC (4‑wire) or 1–6 VDC (3‑wire) across its 0.100" travel with ±0.25% linearity. Optional air-extend/spring-retract gage head accessories are available; consult the factory for compatibility and availability.
