Sealmaster ER-32 ball insert bearing is a straight-bore, 2 in bore mounted bearing insert (ER style) that slides into a compatible housing and is locked to the shaft with a set-screw collar. As part of Sealmaster’s Gold Line ER series, the insert uses 52100 bearing steel with a black-oxide finish and a double-sealed design to resist dust and contamination, delivering dependable radial/deep-groove support for light- to medium-duty equipment. The 2 in bore accommodates standard shafts, while the outer diameter measures 3.9370 in (3 59/64 in), providing a robust platform for applications such as conveyors, rollers, and other machinery where a quick, shaft-mounted bearing insert is advantageous. The set-screw locking is diamond-faceted for a secure grip on the shaft, and the design includes a land-riding retainer to improve lubrication circulation around the rolling elements, helping long bearing life in dusty environments; for harsher dust conditions, a felt labyrinth seal and flinger are available to further enhance debris exclusion.
