Industrial DGMXI-3-PP-CW-20-JA-S11 Relief Valve

The Tokimec / Vickers DGMX1-3-PP-CW-20-JA-S11 hydraulic pressure reducing-relieving valve (System-Stak) is designed to mount between a manifold and a directional valve, delivering stable downstream pressure in industrial hydraulic power units and motion-control systems; pressure is piloted from the P port (PP configuration) to regulate the downstream circuit. It provides a pressure adjustment range of 10–140 bar (145–2,000 psi) via a screw with locknut and has a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar (4,500 psi) with a maximum flow of 60 L/min (16 GPM). The valve uses nitrile seals (S11) and operates on petroleum-based hydraulic oil; common applications include CNC machine tools, injection molding machines, industrial presses, material handling systems, and factory automation where pressure reduction in the P line is required.
