Industrial D7-SYDC30 32 Point DC Output Module is SoftPLC’s Tealware high-density DC output block that provides 32 sinking (NPN) outputs powered from a 10–35 VDC supply, with rated load voltage options at 12/24 VDC. Each output is rated for 0.1 A continuous, and the module uses four 2 A fuses (4 × 2 A) to protect loads, with a maximum of 0.8 A per fuse. External connections are via a 37‑pin D‑sub connector, and 32 outputs share a common terminal arrangement. The device draws about 120 mA from the external supply, while internal current consumption is ~100 mA when all points are ON. Switching performance is fast, with OFF→ON and ON→OFF response times of 2 ms or less at 24 VDC. The SYDC30 weighs around 260 g and is designed for use with a SoftPLC IO Base (e.g., IOBASE08) and expansion I/O cables to connect to a SoftPLC controller or adapter.
