Industrial D1-SYDC40 32-Point DC Output Module

The D1-SYDC40 32-Point DC Output Module is a SoftPLC high-density DC output block that provides 32 PNP sourcing outputs for 12/24 VDC control circuits. It runs from an external 10–35 VDC supply (12/24 V nominal) and groups outputs behind four 2 A fuses, delivering up to 0.8 A per fuse and up to 3.2 A total when all channels are active. Each channel is optically isolated via a photocoupler, with a maximum ON voltage drop of 0.3 V and a fast 2 ms response time for both OFF→ON and ON→OFF transitions at 24 VDC, plus leakage current of 0.5 mA or less when off. The module consolidates 32 output points with a common terminal arrangement and uses a 37-pin external connection interface to distribute signals across field devices. It draws roughly 120 mA from the external supply, while internal circuitry consumes about 100 mA when all 32 outputs are ON, providing predictable power budgeting in 12/24 VDC control cabinets.
