Industrial CSM150N40HT Gearmotor

The TEM Tsubaki Emerson CSM150N40HT gearmotor is a worm gearmotor designed for continuous-duty industrial power transmission, delivering high-torque, low-speed drive for automated machinery and material handling equipment. With a 40:1 gear ratio, it provides 44 RPM output from a 1.5 kW (2 HP) three-phase motor fed by 220–230 VAC. The motor uses a Leroy Somer LS90L frame and runs at about 1725 RPM, and it features a hollow output shaft with a 45 mm diameter. It is foot-mounted and TEFC (totally enclosed fan-cooled), rated for S1 continuous duty in industrial automation, conveyors, packaging lines, food and beverage processing equipment, industrial mixers, material handling systems, and assembly or production lines where reliable speed reduction and high torque are required.
