Industrial BZE6RQ9 Top Roller Plunger Limit Switch

The Honeywell BZE6-RQ9 top roller plunger limit switch is an enclosed SPDT limit switch that detects mechanical position and end-of-travel via a top roller plunger actuator in industrial automation. It uses a zinc die-cast housing with epoxy coating and a 25.4 mm (1 in) standard mounting pattern, rated for up to 15 A at 125–480 VAC and up to 600 VAC maximum operating voltage. The device provides SPDT contacts (1 NO / 1 NC), with an operating force of about 3.7 N, electrical endurance up to 50,000 cycles at rated load, and mechanical endurance up to 5 million cycles (switch family dependent). Its operating temperature range is approximately -32°C to 71°C, making it suitable for machine limits, conveyor sensing, automated packaging, and safety interlock applications requiring reliable mechanical position sensing and end-of-travel detection.
