Description:
The TRI-TRONICS BF-Y-72PPC Fiber Optic Light Guide is a cut-to-length plastic optical fiber cable that transmits light between a remote photoelectric sensor and the sensing point for accurate object detection in industrial automation. It uses a 0.040 in. diameter plastic diplex fiber and arrives with a 72 in. (6 ft / 1.8 m) cable length, a straight needle tip, and a minimum bend radius of 25 mm to navigate confined spaces on packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and other automated lines. Compatible with TRI-TRONICS SMARTEYE and EZ-EYE fiber optic amplifiers, this light guide supports remote light transmission for photoelectric sensing across packaging, bottling, pharmaceutical, food processing, and material handling applications.
