Industrial B6M00 Pneumatic Pilot Operated Check Valve

The NGT LLC B6M00 is a balanced pilot-operated pneumatic check valve designed to lock a pneumatic actuator or cylinder in position when air pressure is lost or reduced. Widely used in automation systems, air-over-oil circuits, and industrial machinery, it provides load holding and controlled motion by preventing actuator drift. It features a 3/8" NPTF port, operates up to 150 PSI, offers a Cv of 2.6, and has a cracking pressure of 1–2 PSI, with an aluminum body and internal poppet/sealing system suitable for filtered dry or lubricated compressed air across temperatures roughly 30°F to 150°F. Mounting is inline, and release is achieved via balanced pilot pressure override; common replacements include Parker P33/PO, SMC VR/VCH, and Festo HGL/HGO series valves.
