Industrial 9050CR Controller

A compact, dual‑channel +GF+ Signet 9050CR Conductivity/Resistivity Controller monitors and controls conductivity or resistivity of aqueous solutions from a 1/4‑DIN enclosure with a front panel rated for NEMA 4X/IP65 environments. The LCD displays conductivity, resistivity, and process temperature (°C), along with relay activation status and setup messages to guide configuration. It accepts +GF+ Signet 3‑28XX‑1 series sensors for input and is compatible with sensors such as 3‑2819‑1 (0.01–100 µS), 3‑2820‑1 (0.1–1000 µS), and 3‑2821‑1 (1–10000 µS); each sensor variant specifies its own fitting, maximum pressure, and maximum temperature (3‑2819‑1 and 3‑2820‑1: up to 100 psi/6.9 bar and 212°F/100°C; 3‑2821‑1: up to 200 psi/13.8 bar and 248°F/120°C). Temperature compensation is provided by a PT1000 element, and the dual channels can operate independently or be coordinated to control two inputs. This makes the 9050CR suitable for processes requiring reliable conductivity/resistivity monitoring in applications such as water treatment, chemical processing, and rinse-water workflows.
