Industrial 768XX708 Hot Melt Glue Applicator, based on Shure-Glue's NC-20 hot-melt unit, is a robust system for medium-speed case sealing and high-speed cartoning that delivers consistent, controlled adhesive application. The NC-20 provides independent control of each heated zone, cast-in heating elements for quick warm-up, and precise RTD temperature sensing to maintain stable performance. It also features TEFLON-coated tanks, grids, and hoppers to minimize char buildup, independent redundant overtemperature circuits and system overpressure protection for safe operation, and a 45-degree manifold face to simplify hose routing, with remote fault/ready indication options. The unit supports four hose and gun outlets and is compatible with industry-standard pumps, hoses, guns, filter tanks and drain valves; an optional low-level indicator is available.
