Industrial 721-35H Vortex Cooler Enclosure Unit

The Vortec 721-35H Vortex Cooler Enclosure uses compressed-air vortex tube technology to actively cool electrical enclosures, protecting heat-sensitive components in control panels, automation cabinets, manufacturing equipment, and process control systems where heat can impair performance. This NEMA 12-rated unit is designed for top-mount enclosure installation and provides up to 2500 BTU/hr (732 Watts) of cooling at a 100 PSIG nominal operating pressure with an air flow of 35 SCFM; it requires no refrigerant and accepts a 1/4 in. NPT female air inlet. The thermostat is not included in this non-thermostatic model, and the maximum inlet pressure is 150 PSIG. For retrofit and thermal-management projects, it is commonly used with the Asco Red-Hat 302271 solenoid valve assembly to maintain enclosure temperatures and support continuous operation in industrial environments. Note that it does not include a filter or ducting kit; compatible applications include electrical control panels, automation cabinets, and other industrial equipment where reliable, refrigerant-free cooling and protection of electronic performance are essential.
