Industrial 32T20 1260 Timing Belt

CONTINENTAL Conti Synchroflex T20 timing belt, 32T20/1260, is an endless polyurethane belt with a 32 mm width, 20 mm tooth pitch, and 1260 mm length, molded in the trapezoidal T20 profile for precise timing in standard DIN 7721 drives. It is reinforced with steel cords (with alternative variants using aramid) to provide high strength and durable synchronization, and is manufactured as an endless belt to eliminate joints. The belt supports speeds up to 40 m/s, offers up to 98% efficiency, and transmits power up to about 52.4 kW, with a practical maximum drive speed around 6,500 rpm; minimum pulley tooth engagement is 15 teeth. It is rated for temperatures from -30°C to 80°C and uses silicone-free materials, aiding reliability in challenging industrial environments.
