IDEX Corporation 095-029-156 Surge Suppressor Dampener

The Versa-Matic VTA1,V1SS Versa-Surge Suppressor (Part No. 095-029-156) is an automatic diaphragm-type pulsation dampener for 1-inch air-operated double diaphragm pumps, designed to automatically maintain an optimal air cushion and deliver smoother discharge flow. Its wetted section is 316 stainless steel (V1SS configuration), and it operates up to 125 PSI with a 1/4 in. NPT air supply connection and a 1 in. NPT female fluid connection. The unit self-charges and self-vents, reducing flow pulsation, pressure spikes, vibration, and noise, and it is commonly installed on the discharge side of 1-inch AODD pumps in chemical processing, wastewater treatment, paint and coatings, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, mining, and industrial fluid transfer systems.
