Hardy Process Solutions HI 1769-WS is a single-channel PLC-style weigh scale module for Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1500 and CompactLogix controllers. It reads and conditions weight and diagnostic data from strain-gauge load sensors or load cells, delivering processed weight information to the PLC over the I/O backplane. The module supports dynamic weighing with sampling up to 100 times per second (100 Hz), enabling accurate weight capture on conveyors and other inline processes. The HI 1769-WS is available in a single-channel design, with a dual-channel variant HI 1769-2WS for multiple weigh channels on the same platform.
