The Grayhill 70GRCP32-HL is a 32-channel PLC I/O interface board that interfaces Grayhill System 50 backplanes with field AC devices via the 70G-1AC5 AC input module, delivering optically isolated signal conditioning between low-voltage logic and industrial AC inputs. It accepts Grayhill G5-style plug-in I/O modules and uses a 50-pin header with ejector levers for secure, quick module exchange. The 70G-1AC5 supports 90–140 VAC nominal inputs (120 VAC class), with optical isolation ensuring field-device signals stay isolated from PLC logic and electrical noise.
