GF Signet P51530-PO Rotor-X Paddle Wheel Flow Sensor

The GF Signet P51530-PO Rotor-X Paddle Wheel Flow Sensor is a self-powered, inline flow sensor designed to measure liquid flow in 1/2 to 4 inch (DN15–DN100) pipelines, part of the Signet 515 Rotor-X family. It delivers a broad dynamic range from 0.3 to 6 m/s (1 to 20 ft/s) with a 20:1 turndown, and its sinusoidal frequency output can drive a self‑powered flowmeter such as the Model 3-5090 without external power. Constructed with a polypropylene body, a black PVDF rotor, and a titanium pin, the sensor is chemically resistant for liquid applications and not suitable for gases; it supports inline installation with options for wet-tap configurations and multiple material/configuration variants to fit diverse process lines. In addition to general use in pure water production, filtration systems, chemical production, liquid delivery, pump protection, scrubber systems, and water monitoring, the Signet 515 family spans larger sizes up to DN900 (10–36 in) under different P-series variants, with test certificates included for X0 and X1 configurations.
