Georg Fischer P51530-P0 Paddle Wheel Flow Sensor

Georg Fischer Signet P51530-P0 is a Type 515 Rotor-X paddlewheel flow sensor designed for remote-mount installation in 1/2" to 4" (DN15–DN100) pipelines, featuring a polypropylene body with a PVDF rotor and a titanium pin for durable liquid handling. It is intended for inline flow measurement with Signet transmitters (8150, 8900, 9900, 9900-1BC, 9950) and uses only Signet installation fittings, with FKM O-rings standard (EPDM or FFKM on request) for sealing. The sensor operates over a flow velocity range of 0.3 to 6 m/s (1 to 20 ft/s) and can withstand up to 12.5 bar (180 psi) at 20 °C with PP construction or 14 bar (200 psi) at 20 °C with PVDF, making it suitable for a broad range of liquids in industrial processes, water treatment, and chemical applications. This self-powered paddlewheel sensor is part of Georg Fischer’s Rotor-X family, offering a robust remote-mounted solution while the paddlewheel rotor remains the sensing element and the transmitter provides the electrical output for integration with monitoring systems.
