Fenwal 2460D-606-111 Direct Spark Ignition Control

Fenwal 2460D-606-111 Direct Spark Ignition Control is a 24 VAC direct-spark ignition module (CSA-listed) for gas-fired appliances, designed to manage ignition sequencing and flame sensing. It accepts a control input of 18–30 VAC at 50/60 Hz and can be powered from line voltage of 24, 120, or 240 VAC (L1/L2), drawing up to 300 mA at 24 VAC when the blower and gas valve relay are energized. The unit supports 24/120/240 VAC ignition sources (model dependent) and provides ignition for natural, LP, or manufactured gas, with flame sensing down to 0.7 µA and output ratings including 2.0 A max at 24 VAC for the gas valve; blower/heater loads up to 3.0 FLA max at 120 VAC (1/4 hp) or 1.5 FLA max at 240 VAC, plus 5.0 A max at 120/240 VAC for other loads. The gray Noryl enclosure is conformally coated for humidity tolerance up to 95% RH and the assembly weighs about 8 oz including the cover.
