The Dodge 119332 Taper-Lock bushing is a ductile iron (Class 65) shaft-mounting component that securely attaches pulleys, sprockets, sheaves, and couplings to a 2-1/2 in shaft using a Taper-Lock interface. It has a 2525 bushing size with a 2-1/2 in (63.5 mm) bore diameter and bore length, an outside diameter of 3.38 in, a hub diameter of 4.50 in, and a 5/8 × 3/16 in keyway for finished bore shaft attachment. With two mounting bolts, it requires 430 in-lb installation torque and provides a rated torque of 11,300 in-lb, making it suitable for conveyor drives, industrial fans, pumps, compressors, mixers, and agricultural equipment in industrial power transmission and rotating equipment.
