Destaco 9540GL Left-Hand Pneumatic Swing Clamp

The DESTACO 9540GL is a left-hand pneumatic swing clamp from the 9500 Series that provides fast, repeatable clamping while swinging the arm clear of the work zone for unobstructed loading and unloading. It features a 40 mm (1.57 in) cylinder bore and a 20 mm (0.79 in) stroke, delivering 123 lbf (547 N) of clamping force at 5 bar (72 psi), with a 90° ±5° swing and ±1° repeatability. The clamp uses G 1/8 air ports and operates at 3–8 bar (40–120 psi), with a maximum temperature of 60°C (140°F). Mounting options include side flange or tapped-hole configurations, and the spindle is not included. This device is commonly installed in CNC machining centers, robotic welding cells, and assembly fixtures where loading and unloading must remain unobstructed during clamping, making it well-suited for system integrators and maintenance technicians upgrading fixtures or expanding automated lines.
