Control Concepts 1022-12-10-POT is a compact, single-phase, phase-angle SCR power controller designed for 120 VAC service. Between the line and the load it modulates RMS voltage to transformer-coupled loads, lamp loads, and fast-responding resistive loads in direct proportion to a command signal, maintaining consistent output despite line fluctuations of approximately +10%/-15%. The 1022 family supports 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, or potentiometer (POT) command inputs, with the 1022-12-10-POT variant employing a potentiometer input to set the output. Key features include soft-start to limit inrush, missing cycle detection for protection during power interruptions, and a diagnostic indicator, with the command input electrically isolated from both line and load voltages. The module is UL listed and Canadian standards certified, and is rated for continuous operation up to 55°C.
