The Carrier Transicold DataCorder ceas430019-05 is a built-in trip data recorder that replaces traditional chart recorders by logging critical cargo-temperature and sensor data from Carrier Transicold refrigeration units. It records data at user-selectable intervals of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes and stores up to two years of data (based on a one-hour interval). The unit provides six thermistor inputs for direct temperature sensing and includes interrogation connections for download via the Carrier Transicold DataReader or through DataLINE software on a PC. Data storage is managed by onboard memory and a real-time clock with battery backup, ensuring time-stamped records across trips. Data retrieval supports multiple views: by date, by trip, last 30 days, or all data, with text reports such as Sensor, Sensor/Event Flags, Graphical, Event, Pre-trip Summary, Alarm Summary, Cold Treatment Summary, Raw, and Custom-sensor/alarm/event reports. DataLINE, the diagnostic software, enables configuration and exporting to ASCII reports, while PC Card technology and the DataBank PC card option offer rapid downloads—DataBank can download 30/60/90 days, by trip, or all data in about 30 seconds. The DataCorder integrates with Carrier’s broader data tools suite for monitoring and reporting, helping verify temperature histories and equipment performance across shipments.
