Carquest 87948 CFI Premium Primary Air Filter Element

The Carquest 87948 CFI Premium Primary Air Filter Element is a high-capacity paper-media primary air filter designed for heavy-duty engine air intake filtration systems. The SOE/BH configuration features a 7.93 in outer diameter, 5.33 in inner diameter, 0.67 in bottom opening, and a 12.50 in overall length, with a Buna-N seal, plated steel end cap and center tube, and a metal outer jacket that withstands up to 225°F (107°C). It is rated nominally at 15 microns and is intended to remove dust and dirt before they enter the engine, widely used in heavy-duty trucks, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, industrial diesel engines, mining equipment, and off-highway operations. Common replacements include Baldwin PA2351, Donaldson P181099, and Fleetguard AF25248.
