Carlo Gavazzi RHS301 Heatsink Assembly

RHS301 is a DIN-rail mount heatsink assembly from Carlo Gavazzi designed to dissipate heat from one or two 45 x 59 mm solid-state relays in control cabinets. The heatsink measures 119 × 82 × 94 mm (W × H × D) and provides a thermal resistance of 0.82 °C/W at 80 W, offering a compact, efficient cooling solution for SSR installations. Made from aluminum, it supports mounting up to two SSRs of the specified size, with mounting hardware for each SSR included (M5 × 10 mm screws and washers). The assembly is intended for use with Carlo Gavazzi SSRs in industrial automation and control panel applications, enabling reliable heat dissipation on a DIN rail. In addition, the thermal interface material HTS02S may be included with the RHS301 assembly to ensure proper thermal transfer between SSRs and the heatsink.
