Caloritech SS1052 Heater

Caloritech SS1052 is a 7.25-inch-long, 150-watt strip heater rated for 240 VAC, designed for compact electric radiant heating in industrial equipment. This SS Series component heater features offset terminals at one end for easy wiring, surface-mount installation, and a slotted mounting hole pattern (5/8 in. long × 9/32 in. wide) for versatile mounting on platens, dies, tanks, or piping. It uses an aluminum-steel sheath and is capable of reaching temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C), drawing about 0.625 A, with CSA and UL safety certifications. Common applications include surface heating of platens, dies, molds, or tanks; process-air heating in ovens and drying cabinets; and winterizing tasks for hoppers, conveyors, ducts, or other OEM equipment.
